With the Spanish Investor Visa law been passed in Spain last month  First 4 Property Spain are now actively promoting this opportunity. In a nutshell the Spanish Government are offering Resident Permits for all non EU citizens to come and live in Spain if you purchase a property or various properties totalling 500,000€.

This is open to anybody from any nationality provided they invest 500,000€.  There has never been a better time to own a property in Spain with prices being at their lowest ever. The lifestyle and weather here in Southern Spain is by far the best in Europe. I have lived in Spain since 2000 and wouldnt live anywhere else. Look at the picture attached I took in Mijas, you wont see find this weather anywhere else in Europe in November.
